Welcome to lake97. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and lake97 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lake97 website located at https://lake97.cam and all associated content, features and services provided therein.

lake97 is an independent online gaming and sports betting information platform. It is not a licensed casino operator, bookmaker or financial institution. To register an Account with lake97 and access the full range of Platform features, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the term of your Account:

• You are a natural person of at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's or license jurisdiction's applicable rules. lake97 does not permit access to its Platform or content by minors under any circumstances.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You are not subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition on accessing online gambling information or gambling-related content in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an existing Account holder seeking to create a duplicate account. Each User is permitted to hold one Account only.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by lake97 for breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.

lake97 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where access to online gambling information or gambling platforms is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where it is not reasonably practicable to determine the lawfulness of such access.

To register an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and provide truthful information as prompted. You agree to the following obligations regarding your Account:

• Accurate Information: All registration details — including name, date of birth, email address and contact information — must be accurate and kept up to date.
• One Account Per User: Each individual may maintain only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated Accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify lake97 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. lake97 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Account Transfers: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your Account to any other person.

lake97 reserves the right to verify the identity of any User at any time, and to suspend or close Accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

The Platform is provided for lawful, personal, non-commercial informational and educational use only. By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including those relating to online gambling, data protection or intellectual property;
• Engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harassing in connection with the Platform or its operators;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software, system or content forming part of the Platform;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to extract data from the Platform without express written consent;
• Upload, transmit or distribute any malware, viruses or other harmful code via the Platform;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform;

Any decision to register with, deposit funds into or otherwise engage with a Third-Party Operator is made entirely at your own risk and discretion. lake97 does not endorse any specific Third-Party Operator and is not responsible for the conduct, terms or practices of any Third-Party Operator.

lake97 is an information platform and does not process, hold or facilitate financial transactions on behalf of Users. All deposit and withdrawal activity takes place directly between the User and the relevant Third-Party Operator via that operator's own cashier and payment systems.

The following payment methods are referenced on the Platform for contextual informational purposes only, reflecting options commonly encountered in the Pakistani market: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT. The inclusion of these names constitutes contextual reference only. None of these payment providers are affiliated with lake97, and none endorse or support online gambling activity. Availability of any specific payment method in a given Third-Party Operator's cashier must be verified directly with that operator.

Users should independently verify all deposit limits, withdrawal conditions, processing times, fees and KYC requirements with the relevant Third-Party Operator before initiating any financial transaction. lake97 accepts no responsibility for errors, delays or losses arising from transactions with Third-Party Operators.

• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform Content;

• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any technical failure, interruption or error affecting Platform availability.

lake97 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and/or access to the Platform under any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• You have provided false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct in connection with the Platform;
• You are discovered to be a minor or to have registered in breach of the age eligibility requirements;
• You are located in a jurisdiction where lake97's services are prohibited by applicable law, and this is brought to lake97's attention;
• Your Account has been inactive for a prolonged period and has not responded to re-engagement communications;
• lake97 is required to take such action by a court order, regulatory instruction or other legally binding obligation.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting lake97 via the contact details set out in Section 14. Closure of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or their formation — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which lake97 is incorporated or principally operated.

In the event of a dispute between you and lake97, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance using the details in Section 14 so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. We aim to respond to all formal dispute communications within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction as a consumer. Where such statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract, they shall continue to apply.

lake97 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, lake97 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Where the nature of an amendment is sufficiently significant, lake97 may take additional steps to notify registered Users, such as by posting a notice on the homepage or sending a communication to the registered email address associated with the User's Account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
